PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a preparation for external use capable of inhibiting the growth of infectious pathogens or killing the pathogens, capable of depressing inflammations and exhibiting high therapeutic effects by adding vitamin E and squalane to a medicine for infectious skin diseases. ;SOLUTION: This preparation contains (A) a medicine for infectious skin diseases preferably in an amount of 0.01-20wt.%, (B) vitamin E preferably in an amount of 0.1-99.5wt.% and (C) squalane preferably in an amount of 0.1-99.5wt.%. The preparation preferably further contains (D) one or more kinds of an N-acylsarcosine (salt), a higher fatty acid ester obtained by reacting a 10-18C higher fatty acid with a 1-20C alcohol, etc., as a percutaneous absorption-stimulating agent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
