PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely perform waterproofness by making one end of a waterproof sheet as an extension part protruded from the end part of a lean-to, sticking the extension part on the outer wall of the upper story of a unit type building in a site and waterproof-connecting the outer wall and the lean-to to each other. ;SOLUTION: After a lean-to 16 is attached in a site, it is in a free state by removing the tape of the extension part 22A of a waterproof sheet 22 temporarily attached to roof finish material 23. Next, a bonding agent or nail driving sticks the extension part 22A on the outer wall 14 of an upper story building unit. Successively, a throating member 25 covering the extension part 22A is attached to the outer wall 14, and the boundary part between the throating member 25 and the outer wall 14 is filled with a calking compound. In this case, the connection part J between the outer wall 14 and the lean-to 16 is made waterproof structure, and waterproof execution of the connection part J is easily and surely performed. In addition, the extension part 22A is previously temporarily attached to the lean-to 16 by a tape or the like, and stabilization is secured at the time of transport or the like.
