PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save manpower and enhance the safety in performing a work to load an explosive into a powder hole formed on a face. ;SOLUTION: An explosive discharged from a hopper 1 is supplied to a loader 6 through a chute 5 and a loading hose 7 with conductivity is connected to the loader 6. This loading tube 10 is attached to the edge of the loading hose 7 and the explosive is loaded into the powder hole C without static charge by guiding the tube 10 with a tube slider 12 held by a operator who rides a powder cage 8.
