BATTING TRAINING DEVICE AND BASEBALL GAME DEVICE IN BATTING TRAINING FIELD

PURPOSE: To provide a batting training device with a game playing performance by selectively pitching various kinds of balls from a pitching machine and judging batted balls. ;CONSTITUTION: This device is so set that a kind of a baseball ball 80 pitched from a pitching machine 30 can be selected by a ball kind selection switch provided in a box 20 or a ball kind designation seat 26. The same one kind of baseball balls 80 are automatically supplied in the pitching machine 30 and the pitching machine 30 automatically pitches the baseball balls 80 toward respective boxes at prescribed time intervals. The pitched baseball ball 80 is hit by a batter and when it reaches respective areas above a net 70, identification devices 74, 78 identifies the kind of the ball. The box from which the ball is hit is identified based on this identification and respective base advancement number composed of a batter out, hit, 2-base hit, 3-base hit, and home run is judged by the identified kinds of the identification devices 74, 78.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
