PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily relief the air stored in a spring chamber. ;SOLUTION: An annular groove 24 to be communicated with a communication passage 22 is formed around a poppet member (p). The annular groove 24 is closed by a seat member (s) when the poppet member (p) is in the normal position. The annular groove is opened when the poppet member (p) is in the maximum opening position. A damper orifice 23 formed in the communication passage 22 is located closer to the spring chamber 13 side than the annular groove 24.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
