DEVELOPER FOR VISUALIZING ELECTROSTATIC LATENT IMAGE AND DEVELOPING METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer stably preservable for a long period and capable of visualizing the electrostatic latent image and stabilizing image formation and to provide a developing method by using thus developer. SOLUTION: This developer for developing an electrostatic latent image is prepared by dispersing toner particles at least into an insulating organic medium and it contains an agent for solidifying the organic medium on an amount of 0.01-30weight% and the developer is solid at normal temperature. This developing method forms an image by warming this developer to melt it into a liquid and bringing it into contact with a material to be developed having the electrostatic image.
