PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate the conveyance of the processed goods to a measuring part, and to sharply reduce the amount of input operation of measuring data. ;SOLUTION: When the input of the measuring data of a monitoring lot by a measuring device 14 is required after the finish of processing work of product lots A to C and a monitoring lot D by a processing device 12, the lot information of the product lots A, B and C is written into a sample floppy disc 21 by the terminal 13 of a processing work guide system. The above-mentioned sample floppy disc 21 and the monitoring lot D only are carried to the measuring device, the lot information of the sample floppy disc 21 is taken in a host computer 11 by the terminal of the work guide system for measurement, and after the monitoring measurement data is linked to the product lots A, B and C, the measurement data of the monitoring lot D is inputted from the terminal of the guide system for measurement, and the lot information is automatically written in the data file for the product lots A, B and C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
