METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING FILM TAKE-UP SPOOL ASSEMBLY AND FILM TAKE-UP SPOOL ASSEMBLY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the assembling work of a film take-up spool assembly by sliding a tubular spool rubber to a given position on the outer periphery of a take-up spool body while jetting air from a radial-direction hole through the axial-direction hole of the take-up spool body. ;SOLUTION: The axial-direction hole 15d and at least one radial-direction hole 15g communicating with the hole 15d are previously formed on the take-up spool body 15a. Then, the body 15a is covered with the tubular spool rubber 20 to a position where the hole 15g of the body 15a is covered. While jetting the air from the hole 15g through the hole 15d of the body 15a, the rubber 20 is slid to the specified position on the outer periphery of the body 15a. Since the rubber 20 is easily slid to a given position on the outer periphery of the body 15a by such an assembling method, the assembly work for the film take-up spool assembly is simplified.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
