PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enjoy eating hand-rolled SUSHI (vinegared cooked rice around center in gredients rolled with laver) pleasantly without destroying the shape of the SUSHI by lowering a soy sauce pouring port with a fitting part as a supporting point and pouring the appropriate amount of soy sauce onto a SUSHI ingredient when the hand-rolled SUSHI is pressed to a band-rolled SUSHI pressing part. ;SOLUTION: The soy sauce pouring part 1 is formed in a gutter shape and a soy sauce scooping part 3 is formed in a spoon shape for scooping up the appropriate constant amount of the soy sauce. The fitting part 5 of the soy sauce pouring part 1 is provided slightly in front of the centroid of the soy sauce pouring part 1 and is constituted so as to turn the soy sauce pouring port 2 upwards, to bring the soy sauce scooping part 3 into contact with a small plate center bottom part and to keep the state of being inclined upwards at the time of being fitted and located to the notched part 6 of the edge of the small plate for putting in the soy sauce. The hand-rolled SUSHI pressing part 7 extended to a lower front part is provided on a front part close to the fitting part 5.
