PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely match junction parts and to easily change the size or line with of lattice and the level of fluctuations of nonuniformity and feeling of fluctuations by applying new coordinate values to respective lattice points and connecting respective new lattice points and proximately positioned lattice points through line segments. ;SOLUTION: Based on a fractal lattice generated by fractal lattice generator 3 and the coordinate of an initial image lattice point arranged by a lattice point arranger 4, the coordinate of that initial image lattice point is fluctuated and an image lattice point having the new coordinate value is generated. A lattice point connector 6 connects the image lattice point generated by a lattice point fluctuator 5 and the lattice point proximate to this lattice point through the line segment and generates a lattice image. An output device 8 prints out the non-uniform lattice image having the coordinate fluctuated lattice point based on bit map data transformed by a raster image processor 7.
