Since air or liquid presses a diaphragm 17 to which the contact switch 13 is connected, a contact of the contact switch 13 comes into contact to send a shut-off signal to a controller 8. When the controller 8 detects this shut-off signal, it sends a signal to a shut-off relay 10 between a motor 2 and a battery 9 which are built in, the shut-off relay 10 opens a circuit between the motor 2 and the battery 9 to shut off the supply of power, and the motor 2 stops.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
