PURPOSE: To answer in an electronic interaction in real time with a simple operation such as depression of a button corresponding to electronic mail for supporting the communication of a non-real time system. ;CONSTITUTION: Inside a user computer 101 and an electronic mail server 120, address files 300 and 302 are provided to acquire a telephone number or an electronic interactive address required for connecting the electronic interaction from an electronic mail address. Further, a program 310 is provided to perform communication with an electronic mail software for acquiring the electronic mail address, an address server program 314 is provided inside the electronic mail server to acquire the telephone number and the electronic interactive address required for the electronic interaction corresponding to that address, and an address managing client program 306 is provided inside the user computer.
