PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the scattering of a mixed soln. to the surface of a frame member and to uniformize the thickness of a heat insulating layer by attaching a spray nozzle capable of adjusting the spray height and angle of a mixed soln. for a foamed heat insulating layer to the outflow port of a sending pipe and together providing an air shower device capable of regulating the height with respect to a spray surface and the pressure applied to the surface of the mixed soln. ;SOLUTION: A wide-angle nozzle 1 is connected to the emitting orifice of the leading end of a sending pipe 5 sending a mixed soln. forming a foamy heat insulating layer under pressure and an emitted heat insulating raw soln. 2 is foamed between a frame member 4 and stud while the surface thereof is uniformized by an air shower 3. The wide-angle nozzle 1 fanwise emits the heat insulating raw soln. 3 into a frame in desired quantity at a desired angle over desired width. As a method for changing the desired angle and desired width, the kind of the wide-angle nozzle 1 may be selected. The air shower 3 applies appropriate pressure to the surface of the foaming raw soln. emitted into a panel in order to smooth the surface of the raw soln. and the condition therefor can be freely set.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
