PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish higher efficiency of the work for winding paper on the ports of hackberry culture vessels so as to prevent hackberry stems from falling down. SOLUTION: Paper winders are set up left and right relatively to a conveyor, the paper winding positions of a paper winding mechanism section representing a pair of the two paper winders are provided with paper winding guide members 18, 18 each having an adsorption member facing on each port 1' of culture vessels 1a, 1a, and a rotary mechanism is provided to synchronously rotate the respective paper winding guide members 18 and the culture vessels 1a. The outer peripheral surface of each of the paper winding guide members 18 is provided with a front pressing member 27 and a rear pressing member 28 to press falling-preventive paper 4 by a pressing cylinder 26, and a differential time pressing mechanism (i) is furnished so as to give the pressing by the front pressing member 27 priority to that by the rear pressing member 28.
