PURPOSE: To provide a method and a device for correcting a missing code substantially avoiding a rejected device caused by occurrence of the missing code due to a capacitive mismatching in an internal DAC. ;CONSTITUTION: Converted digital data not corrected are reduced based on the LSB, the resulting digital data are converted into analog data and the analog data are compared with the received analog data. When the former analog data are smaller than the latter analog data, the digital data are increased based on the LSB and the digital data are used as a result of accurate digital processing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
