PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To level a foundation top-end simply by conforming the marking section of the marking rod body of a second jig arranged between first jigs to a leveling string stretched between the reference rod bodies of the level- adjusted first jigs. ;SOLUTION: A distance between the leveling-string engaging sections and marking points 7 of the reference rod bodies 3 of first jigs 1 and a distance between the marking section and marking point 17 of the marking rod body 13 of a second jig 11 are formed equally. Concrete C is placed between foundation forms 60 arranged in parallel, the first jigs 1 are fixed onto the overhangs 61 of the forms 60 at a regular interval, the levels of the reference rod bodies 3 are adjusted by a measuring instrument, and a leveling string A is stretched to the leveling-string engaging sections. A plurality of the second jigs 11 are fastened onto the overhangs 61 of the forms 60 at regular intervals between the first jigs 1, 1, and the marking sections are conformed to the leveling string A. Accordingly, a self-leveling material is placed on concrete C in conformity with the marking points 7, 17 adjusted at the same level.
