PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a replacement cost accompanying abrasion of a spline by connecting a grinding wheel shaft, in which a grinding wheel is fixed in the end part, to a spline shaft, which is provided with the spline, removably in a spindle rotating the grinding wheel. ;SOLUTION: A spindle 33 is constructed of a grinding wheel shaft 31 and a spline shaft 32, which are connected together removably, and in the grinding wheel shaft 31, a grinding wheel receiving plate 30 in which a grinding wheel 1 is fixed in the lower end part is integrally formed, while in the spline shaft 32, a spline part 32a to be spline fitted to a rotary cylinder 8 is formed. The grinding wheel shaft 31 and the spline shaft 21 are integrally connected to each other, when a faucet joint projected in the lower end face center of the spline shaft 32 is centered and fitted to a recess part bored in the upper end face center of the grinding wheel shaft 31, a pin is fitted straddlingly into a pin hole 36 bored in the upper end face of the grinding wheel shaft 31 and into a pin hole bored in the lower end face of the spline shaft 32 opposedly to the pin hole 36, and several parts of the circumference in a flange part integrally formed in the lower end of the spline shaft 32 are fixed on the upper end face of the grinding wheel shaft 31 by means of a bolt 40.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
