ORGANIC COMPOSITE CLAD STEEL SHEET HAVING EXCELLENT CORROSION RESISTANCE AND FLAWING RESISTANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an org. composite steel sheet with which the flawing resistance of the steel sheet surfaces by handling of the steel sheet in the process for producing the plated steel sheet and after the production is improved and the deterioration of the corrosion resistance is prevented. ;SOLUTION: This org. composite coated steel sheet having the excellent corrosion resistance and flawing resistance is constituted by having the org. films which have a modulus of elasticity of 1×10⁹ to 1×10¹⁰Pa at 25°C and are removable by washing with an alkaline washing liquid in a stage before coating on the surfaces of the plated steel sheet subjected to oxide dispersion zinc electroplating or pure zinc electroplating. The essential component of the org. films is preferably a resin consisting of acrylic acid and/or acrylate as an essential monomer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
