PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a protective coating layer having a high corrosion resistance even at a high temp. by specifying the compsn. composed of Cr, Al, Si, rare earth reactive elements, Re, Ni and Co. ;SOLUTION: This protective coating layer having a heat and corrosion resistance is the one having a compsn. contg., by weight, 28 to 32% Cr, 7 to 9% Al, 1 to 2% Si, 0.3 to 1% of at least one kind among rare earth reactive elements, ≤15% Re, the balance 25 to 40% Ni and at least 5% Co with impurities and satisfying good stability to oxidation and corrosion, particularly to sulfides, or the like.
