PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating wall and a soundproof tree-planted wall which are constructed sturdily for a long time even on a hard place such as a rocked, with which the work for wall formation are made simply and the area is covered with greenery like a forest. ;SOLUTION: A foundation 2 is formed at the outside bottom of an up-gradient slope of a rockbed-form structure or any natural object 1, and soundproof planted wall units 5 are stacked on this foundation 2 at an inclination angle approx. equal to the slope of the structure concerned. Anchors 31 are set as penetrating the structure 1 upon passing through the legs of the stacked units 5 from outside the legs and are secured fast to the structure 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
