SOLUTION: A waterproof form 14 having a water permeative buffer layer 24 and water leading layer 26 is driven into the underground part of an underground external wall 12, and a water leading trench 28a is formed at the bottom of this form 14. The bottom surface A of the trench 28a is located below the slab level B of the undermost story positioned underground. The leak water from the underground external wall 12 passes through the buffer layer 24, sinks down from the water leading layer 26, and is led to a spring trough 34 through the trench 28a and a drain pipe 32. The subsoil water, etc., is prevented from attaining the underground external wall 12 by the second panel 18 of the form 14. The form 14 is not overhung to the inside of the basement.
