CLEANING LIQUID FOR INSPECTED OBJECT WITH PENETRANT NONDESTRUCTIVE INSPECTION

摘要

PURPOSE: To easily remove white powder on an inspected test object by using a liquid contg. specified amounts of a water-soluble amide compound or water- soluble lactone compound and water as the cleaning liquid. ;CONSTITUTION: This cleaning liquid contains 50 to 100wt.% of a compound selected from among N-methylpyrrolidone, 2-pyrrolidone, N,N'- dimethylformamide, N,N'-dimethylacetamide, N,N'-dimethylacetoacetamide and γ-butyrolactone and 50 to 0wt.% of water. The water is used for enhancing storage stability of the cleaning liquid and enabling the cleaning liquid to be handled as a nonhazardous material. Since this cleaning liquid does not contain any chlorine based solvent or aromatic hydrocarbons, environmental impact of the liquid, such as participation in generation of photochemical smog is small.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
