PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus wherein the cost for treating oil-mixed water can be reduced in oil spill recovery test. ;SOLUTION: This apparatus has a test reservoir 1, a gelating agent spreader 6 provided on the test reservoir 1, a stirring means 7 provided on a bottom of the reservoir 1, a circulating water passage 100 provided around the reservoir 1, a water flow generator 3 placed in the water passage 100 and an oil absorbing material 8 placed in the water passage 100.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
