PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open and close the soil-sand charging port of a covering plate without taking time. ;SOLUTION: In this excavated soil-sand deposit facility 10, a covering plate 22 is installed to the upper section of an excavated soil-sand stockyard 1, and rails 23, 23 for the travelling of a shuttle car 4 are mounted on the covering plate 22. A soil-sand charging port 2 is formed to the covering plate 22 under the rails 23, 23 for charging excavated soil and sand 6 discharged from the shuttle car 4 to the excavated soil-sand stockyard 1, and a shutter 31 opening and closing the soil-sand charging port 21 and an air cylinder 34 driving the shutter 31 are set up on the lower side of the soil-sand charging port 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
