PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and accurately measure water content of grains from a low-water region to a high-water region by reducing a signal transfer system between a pair of rotary electrode rolls and the input terminal of a measurement circuit and eliminating the influence such as leak current and electromagnetic induction. ;SOLUTION: A front half room 4 is a water detection part 5 incorporating a pair of rotary electrode rolls 9, 9, and a rear half room 6 is a control part 7. The axial edge of a rotary shaft 25 of a pair of the rotary electrode rolls 9, 9 faces a control part 7. The input terminal 25 of a measurement circuit substrate 8 is brought closer to the axial edge of the rotary shaft and faces it and the axial edge of the rotary shaft 24 and the above input terminal 25 of a measurement circuit substrate 8 are electrically connected at a short distance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
