GRAIN WATER CONTENT CALCULATION SYSTEM FOR GRAIN WATER CONTENT MEASURING INSTRUMENT

PURPOSE:To measure a grain water value accurately by taking out some of grains which circulate between a storage chamber and a drying chamber and detecting their water content, and detecting and contrasting the moving average of water in one circulation with a finish target value. CONSTITUTION:The amount of grains in the storage chamber 1 is detected by a sensor 2, the grains are flowed down into the drying chamber 3 below it, circulated by a feed-out valve 4 which rotates at a constant speed and a bucket elevator 20, and returned to the storage chamber 1 through a conveyance flume, and the time of one circulation is detected. Some of the grains are taken out of one place of a gain elevator 19 to a water measuring instrument 5, which presses and crushes the grains to detect the water value and finds the moving average of water in one circulation of grains in a drying machine; and the mean value is displayed in a display window 15 and the drying machine is stopped when the average reaches the finish target value. Consequently, the water value of grains is measured accurately.
