PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a judgement rule correction device and a judgement rule correction method capable of optimally correcting the incomplete part of a judgement rule while executing evaluation by the judgement rule of a decition tree form and reducing a memory required for storing example sets used at the time of correcting the judgement rule. SOLUTION: In a judgement rule correction system, a feature amount for an evaluation object is estimated by using a fuzzy decision tree (S5), a true feature amount for the evaluation object for which it is judged that the authenticity of the estimated feature amount is doutful or the evaluation object for which the feature amount can not be estimated is inputted (S9) and a new example composed of the evaluation object and the true feature amount is generated and stored in an example storage part (S10). Thereafter, the judgement rule to be corrected is judged from the fuzzy decision tree (S11), the judged correction object judgement rule is corrected by using the examples including the new example stored in the example storage part (S12), the judgement rule to be corrected is judged again from the fuzzy decision tree after correction (S13) and the examples other than the example relating to the correction object judgement rule judged again are eliminated from the example storage part (S14).
