PURPOSE:To suitably and easily derive the vibration displacement quantum of an object to be measured by irradiating the object to be measured with a double pulse laser light from plural different directions, generating holograms, respectively, and synthesizing its reproducing image. CONSTITUTION:A pulse laser light generated two times at a time interval corresponding to an oscillation period of an object to be measured 1 by an oscillator 2 and a trigger device 8 from a double pulse laser light source 11 is divided into a reference light and an illuminating light to the object to be measured 1 by beam splitters 13, 14. Subsequently, by recording an image having an interference fringe generated by a double pulse holography in photographic dry plates 16, 23, a hologram is generated. In this case, a hologram from a different direction is generated by a rotating mirror 12 being an optical path selecting means. Next, from the hologram, a three-dimensional image is reproduced by a hologram image reproducing device 26, it is brought to numerical analysis by an image analyzing device 27, and a synthetic image is generated by a vibration mode generating device 28. In such a way, even if the normal direction on the surface of the object to be measured 1 is unknown, an actual displacement quantum of each point is derived easily.
