METHOD OF ANIMAL FUNDUS OCULI OBSERVATION AND VIDEO CAMERA FOR FUNDUS OCULI OBSERVATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy observation of fundus oculi of a laboratory animal. SOLUTION: Image of fundus oculi is taken by a video camera and is observed on a display. The video camera has a probe 5 with a prescribed length and a thinner diameter than an exposed part of an eye E of a laboratory animal R. Optical utensils 8 and 9 are built in the probe 5 to obtain image in a way that the tips of them are located at almost the same position as the tip of the probe 5. By contacting the tip of these optical utensils to an eye ball, observation is carried out.
