PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing dry rush without using dyed soil capable of preventing the dry rush from being faded for a long period by effectively preventing the release of ultra-fine particle pigment and not causing dust public nuisance owing to non-use of the dyed soil by impregnating not the surface of skin of the dry rush but the interior of the skin with ultrafine- particle pigment and a method for manufacturing a dry rush product not using dyed soil. ;SOLUTION: Dry rush is manufactured by the steps of dipping reaped rush in pigment water solution in which ultra-fine particle pigment having a particle size capable of impregnating to the interior of the skin of the rush is dissolved in water, and then removing the rush, and drying it.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
