PURPOSE: To enhance workability and reduce construction cost by providing male and female locking means on a structure and a coating material and mounting the coating material on the outside of the structure with the locking means. ;CONSTITUTION: Male and female locking means E and H are provided on a steel sheet pile C and a coating material G respectively. Then, the coating material G is mounted on the outside of the steel sheet pile C with the locking means E and H. Then, a curing material or a light weight curing material is filled up in a frame formed with the steel sheet pile C, the coating material G and a bottom plate and cured and integrated therewith. Therefore, there is no need for providing a binding bolt hole in the coating material G. The head of the bolt is not exposed on the surface. In the case of a structure at sea or in a river, they are free from being rusty. This construction makes it possible to eliminate the need for underwater welding work, reinforcement work and demolding work and so forth and enhance workability and reduce construction cost.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
