PURPOSE: To perform the judgement of an order and the counting of required time without errors in a short time just by manually performing only an extremely simple processing. ;CONSTITUTION: It is detected that a runner R passes through a goal position G by a goal sensor 1 and a time management part 2 judges the time (goal time). Also, intrinsic information transmitted from a transponder 3 attached to the runner R after passing through the goal position G is received by a handy antenna part 4 held in hand and used by a person C in charge of a goal and a goal order management part 6 manages the intrinsic information in a reception order (goal order). Then, a sum-up part 7 obtains the required time based on the goal time managed by the time management part 2 and sums up the required time and orders of the respective runners R based on the required time and the intrinsic information managed by the goal order management part 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
