PURPOSE: To reduce the frequency of occurrence of pipe clogging by providing a stepped part projected inward of a cylindrical part, at the boundary between the cylindrical part and a trap, by removably providing a hair collecting basket in the upper opening of the cylindrical part, and by setting a hair collecting plate on the stepped part. ;CONSTITUTION: A stepped part 25 projected inward of a cylindrical part 13 is provided at the boundary between the cylindrical part 13 and a trap 11, and a hair collecting basket 17 is removably provided in the upper opening of the cylindrical part 13. Then, a hair collecting plate 23 having a plurality of holes 21 and coupled to the basket 17 through the intermediary of a stainless steel chain is set on the stepped part 23. When water is discharged from the washing area, hairs or the like mingled in the drainage are collected into the basket 17, and hairs or the like having passed through the basket 17 are collected by the hair collecting plate 23. Further, since drainage from a bath room passes through a drainage port 15 and the hair collecting plate 23, and hairs mingled in the drainage is trapped and collected. Accordingly, foreign matters in drainage from the washing area and from the bath room can be trapped and collected, thereby it is possible to reduce the frequency of generation of pipe clogging.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
