TERAWATT INDUCTION ACCELERATION CIRCUIT METHOD FOR COLLECTING ELECTRICAL POTENTIAL ENERGY OF DYNAMO IONIZED LAYER BY EMITTING FREE ELECTRON LASER BEAM FROM GROUND
PURPOSE: To utilize the huge clean global energy infinitely supplied from the sunlight as an industrial energy source by fetching the energy as three- dimensionally collected and concentrated energy. ;CONSTITUTION: Ionized tracks are formed by pulsatively emitting a free electron laser beam obtained from an electron source of grounded rectified free electron arc discharge, etc., to an ionized layer E in the air from the ground by means of a high-frequency accelerator and the electricity of the layer E is three- dimensionally collected and concentrated by using the tracks as dielectric paths (c). Then the collected and concentrated electricity is relayed in the air and received by means of an electricity receiving device 20 on the ground so that a large current of the same potential as that in the layer E can be obtained on the ground.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
