PURPOSE: To utilize the huge clean global energy infinitely supplied from the sunlight as an industrial energy source by fetching the energy as three- dimensionally collected and concentrated energy. ;CONSTITUTION: Ionized tracks are formed by pulsatively emitting a free electron laser beam obtained from an electron source of grounded rectified free electron arc discharge, etc., to an ionized layer E in the air from the ground by means of a high-frequency accelerator and the electricity of the layer E is three- dimensionally collected and concentrated by using the tracks as dielectric paths (c).
