PURPOSE: To provide the weighing and sorting device for articles which automatically weigh the articles of the same kinds, such as fish and shellfishes, for example, scallops and can efficiently sort the articles by weights. ;CONSTITUTION: Many pieces of the articles stored in a stocker V are supplied via a 1st chain conveyor 130 and a guide chute 140 to a 2nd chain conveyor 150 and are discharged at the upper end thereof. These articles are weighed by each one piece by an article weighing machine 90. Further, the articles are transported respectively by each one piece by a bucket conveyor 20. The articles in the buckets are successively dropped to prescribed places by energizing electromagnetic solenoid devices 64 corresponding to the results of the weighing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
