PURPOSE: To provide a method for preventing and exterminating plant diseases using symbiotic microorganisms capable of exhibiting a resistance to Fusarium wilt and suppressing the outbreak of the Fusarium wilt by inoculating the microorganisms to sweet potato plants and the new microorganisms used for executing method thereof. ;CONSTITUTION: This method for preventing and exterminating plant diseases using symbiotic microorganisms comprises individually separating symbiotic microorganisms in the tissues of sweet potato plants exhibiting no symptom, inoculating the separately cultured single or plural microorganisms to the common grown nursery plants or aseptically cultured nursery plants of the sweet potato plants showing affinities to these microorganisms and enabling the extermination of pathogenic bacteria by the antagonizing action caused by the growth of the microorganisms, and the new microorganisms of Pseudomonas strain (BP-084), Bacillus strain (BB-145) and Xanthomonas strain (BX 146) used for executing method thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
