PURPOSE: To provide a method to remove an embossing die smoothly without the use of a parting agent on the embossing die. ;CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic setting slurry 12 is placed in a molding frame 11, then is pressed from above using an embossing die 14 with a dehydrating hole 15, to emboss the surface of the molded plate 19. After these steps, the embossing die 14 is removed. The hydraulic setting slurry 12 is cured by dehydrating the slurry 12 through the dehydrating hole 15 of the embossing die 14, and then the embossing die 14 is removed by injecting a compressed air from the dehydrating hole 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
