The method involves placing of an embossing e.g. block tool in a first place of a motor vehicle-blank license numbering plate (12). The blank plate is placed in between the embossing tool, on which mold pressure is applied for impinging number and then mold pressure is released. Embossing tool is removed from first place. Process is repeated till desired number of numbers/characters are embossed. Digits are spaced. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) Device for embossing and coloring of numbers or characters in motor vehicle-blank license plate; and (B) Vending machine for manufacturing of ready-made motor vehicle-license identification plate.
