PURPOSE: To decrease an economical burden by dispensing with attitude control and engine speed control calculation in a drone. ;CONSTITUTION: A guidance and control station 1 receives the detecting data S10 of the attitude, the azimuth, the altitude and the speed, detected by an attitude sensor 23, an altitude sensor and a speed sensor of a drone 20, inputs the command amount S8a to S8d of the command content to the detecting data S10 from a command unit 5, and performs calculation by an attitude control calculator 6a, an azimuth control calculator 6b, an altitude control calculator 6c and a speed control calculator 6d of a control calculating unit 6. The auxiliary wing operating amount and the elevator control amount S20a, the directional rudder and auxiliary wing control amount S20b, the elevator control amount S20c and the engine speed control amount S20d are transmitted to the drone 20 through a transmitter-receiver 3 and an antenna 1b.
