PURPOSE: To make a voting card the card by a mark sheet system, to discriminate the validity/invalidity of a voting at the time of the voting, to notify the validity/invalidity to a voter and to issue an exchange ticket for exchanging for a voting card for revoting in the case of an invalid voting. ;CONSTITUTION: A voting terminal equipment 2 reads the voting card by a mark sheet system by an OMR 21 and judges the validity/invalidity of a voting. In the case of a valid voting, voting information is transmitted to a host computer 3. In the case of an invalid voting, the invalid voting is notified to a voter by an LCD 22 and a speaker 23 and an exchange ticket with bar code is issued from a printer 24. A reception terminal equipment 1 reads the bar code of the exchange ticket by a BCR 11, inquires of the host computer 3 as to whether the exchange ticket is a right one or not and displays the ticket on a display 12 if the ticket is right. The host computer 3 accumulates voting information, transmits exchange ticket issuing information and judges the justification of the exchange ticket.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
