PURPOSE: To provide an isotropic hydrostatic pressure mold by which a molding with high shape accuracy is obtained and which is provided with a specific resin coating film and its manufacture and manufacturing device. ;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device 1 is provided with a segmental die 20 consisting of a male mold 30 and a porous female mold 40 inside a processing chamber 10. The cavity 42 of the female mold 40 is coated with a coating film 50 and packed with powder 60 and the male mold 30 coated with a coating film 52 is placed on the powder 60. The inside of the processing chamber 10 is exhausted and after the powder 60 is deaerated, the coating films 50 and 52 are joined by a heater. A pressing medium is introduced into the processing chamber 10.
