PURPOSE:To mount/dismount a passing support quickly and reliably by mounting the passing support on the wire side, loading the passing support also to a shoe chain and dismounting the passing support loaded to the shoe chain. CONSTITUTION:An anchor clamp 3 has the side to be jointed with an electric wire and the side to be jointed with a wire, and a rigid portion 4 also has the electric wire side section 4c and the wire side section 4w. Upon approach of the rigid portion 4 to a shoe chain drum 21, a passing support 10 is mounted on the electric wire side. When the passing support 10 is fed, together with the electric wire side, to the shoe chain drum, 21 it is also loaded to a shoe chain 13. The rigid portion 4 is passed through the shoe chain drum 21 while being supported by the passing support 10 which is mounted on the electric wire side while simultaneously loaded to the shoe chain 13. By such arrangement, the passing support 10 can be mounted very easily and reliably and the rigid portion 4 can pass through the tensioner easily.
