PURPOSE:To continuously reduce the water-content of a perishable food, by oppositely placing a pair of semipermeable membrane endless belts formed of semipermeable membrane films, supplying a raw food to the clamping and contacting dehydration part having the above structure and dehydrating the food with an osmotic pressure dehydration material. CONSTITUTION:A raw food such as fish meat is supplied from a raw material supplying part 4, transferred in a state sandwiched between a pair of circulating semipermeable membrane endless belts 2a, 2b and passed through a clamping and contacting dehydration part 3. The raw food is indirectly dehydrated with osmotic pressure dehydration materials 7a, 7b through the semipermeable membrane endless belt and delivered from a dehydrated food delivering part 6.
