PURPOSE: To provide the subject machine, capable of automatically dishing up a definite amount of ground fish meat onto a rectangular tray so as not to make space. ;CONSTITUTION: This automatic dishing-up machine of ground fish meat is provided with the first tray conveying means 3 for conveying a tray T from one end to other end in upward inclined state, the second tray conveying means 4 connected to the other end of the first tray conveying means and conveying to second tray in a state downwardly inclined from the one end to the other end, a ground fish meat-feeding means 5 provided between the one end and the other end of the first tray conveying means and having a feed port 26a whose laterial width corresponds to the width W of the tray and installed so that the feed port is turned toward the conveying direction of the tray and located above the tray, a detection means 6 provided between the one end of the first tray conveying means 3 and the feed port 26a of the ground meat- feeding means 5 and sending signal when a tray is detected and a control means 7 for driving ground fish meat-feeding means for a set time by signal from the detection means 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
