摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a transformer use job site dielectric strength testing instrument which can perform easily a dielectric strength test by an equipment of a limited capacity by providing a frequency converting circuit for setting arbitrarily a frequency of a voltage applied to a transformer. CONSTITUTION:A voltage regulator 2 adjusts the voltage of a test use power source 1 and applies it to a transformer 4 constituted of an effective component 5, an inductive component 6 and a capacitive component 6 though a frequency converting circuit 9 for setting arbitrarily a frequency of the voltage, and a test use transformer 3. Also, a compensating reactor 8 is connected in parallel to the transformer 4. In such a way, when the transformer 4 is capacitive and inductive, the frequency of the applied voltage can be lowered and raised, respectively, and also, a resonance phenomenon can be prevented, therefore, a transformer use job site dielectric strength testing instrument which can perform easily a dielectric strength by an equipment of a limited capacity can be obtained.
