PURPOSE: To provide a device enabling semiautomtic random cutting by vegetable push-cutting means so as to enable a rapid cooking process through the random cutting of a large quantity of vegetables. ;CONSTITUTION: The upper beam 4 of a machine frame 1 in which the lower end of one of lateral guide supports 2, 3 is made short so as to be inclined at the lower part is provided with a push-pull operating member 12 such as a cylinder. At the lower part of the machine frame 1, a pair of cutter fitting members 14 inclined being adjusted to the inclination of the lower part are fitted and fixed to the front and rear of the guide supports 2, 3, and numerous cutters 20 are fixed to these cutter fitting members 14 in such a state that the cutters 20 are alternately put at reverse direction angles of V-shape, that each cutter is parallel to the respective guide supports 2, 3 and that the cutting edge 21 faces upward. A push-cutting member 27 placed parallel to the inclination of the cutter fitting members 14 and fixed at both ends to a sliding pipe slidably fitted to the guide supports of the machine frame 1 is connected to the push-pull operating member 12 and pressed to vegetables fed on the respective cutting edges of numerous cutters 20 to perform random cutting.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
