PURPOSE: To raise the creatability to match an instrument body part and the display part of a mounting panel and the degree of mastery of various kinds of operations by sticking a sheet printed with the display part on the front surface of a backing plate and boring the backing plate with a mounting hole. ;CONSTITUTION: The front surface of a sheet 8 which is assigned with a color scheme by a personal computer, etc., to the data of the formed display part 6 and is then stuck to a layout sheet is subjected to color printing and printing by using a dot printer and the sheet 8 is peeled out of the backing plate. The sheet 8 subjected to the color printing is stuck to the front surface of a backing plate 5 by utilizing an adhesive sealing layer which is the rear surface layer of the sheet 8. Next, the transparent seal 9 is peeled from the layout sheet so as to provide the display part 6 printed on the front surface of the sheet 8 with a protective coating and is stuck to the front surface of the sheet 8. The mounting hole for the instrument body part is penetrated and bored in the proper positions of the backing plate 5, the sheet 8 and the transparent sheet 9 to form the mounting panel.
