PURPOSE: To realize light weight and to improve actuation performance by fitting a tubular rotary shaft to the tip of a pipe for supplying materials, fitting a fixed sleeve having an air passageway and an annular passageway to the outside of the rotary shaft, and fitting a rotator to the outer periphery of the fixed sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A material supply pipe 51 and a fixed sleeve 52 are fixed to a device body 12. Air supply passageways 53, 54 for spraying and actuation are formed in the fixed sleeve 52, and annular passageways 55, 56 are formed at the outer periphery. A rotator 57 provided with air ports 58, 59 for spraying and actuation is fitted to the outside of the fixed sleeve 52. The fitting face between the fixed sleeve 52 and the rotator 57 is provided with a ring and a packing 60, 61 for airtightness. Inside the fixed sleeve 52, a hollow rotary shaft 63 is fixed to the rotator 57, and the material supply pipe 51 is inserted and fit into the rotary shaft 63. Consequently, the weight of the whole device can be lightened and the actuation performance can be improved.
