PURPOSE:To automate an operation of construction machinery by correcting a control signal to be memorized in the case of teaching by time for only such a difference in time that an integral value of an oil amount in the case of play back is equivalent to the integral value of the oil amount in the case of teaching. CONSTITUTION:A work automation is constituted of an electronic controlling controller 7 to input an integral value of an oil signal from a means to detect an oil amount supplied to an operator's control signal and a construction machinery's actuator through a mode change-over controller 3a and the construc tion machinery's actuator controlled by the signal. The control signal to be memorized in case of teaching for only such a difference in time that the inte gral value of the oil amount in case of play back is equivalent to the integral value of the oil amount in case of teaching is corrected by time. According to the constitution, an operation of the construction machinery to be instructed at first is accurately repeated, so that work efficiency can be improved.
