PURPOSE: To provide an anchor charging device in which all the tools can be stored by providing a hole for inserting an anchor in a deck, and incorporating a storage shed for mounting a chain to be introduced by a capstan or introduced by an anchor pipe to the storage shed under the deck. CONSTITUTION: A hole 3 in which an anchor 2 can be inserted is provided in a deck of a boat 1, and a capstan 4 for a chain 5 and two improved drums 6 for a steel rope 7 are operated by a driving crosspiece 8 from a motor 9. The chain 5 is mounted in a storage shed 10 incorporated under the deck to be introduced by the capstan 4 along an anchor chain pipe 11 or returns to the storage shed 10. The wire rope 7 is wound around a mounting drum 12, and a power-driven device installed on a bed 13 and a rope way are provided on the mounting drum 12, so the rope 7 wound around the drum 6 of the capstan 4 can be delivered.
